Constituency Services
An elected member of Ontario's Legislature maintains two offices.
The constituency office in the riding is non-partisan and serves to help local residents navigate government services. See below for links for various government services and an explanation of services available at the Milton constituency office.
The Queen's Park office is more political in nature.

If you have any difficulties with matters administrated by the provincial government you should contact your MPP. Mr. Chudleigh and his staff are pleased to help constituents with problems, direct questions to the proper Ministry and provide information on programs.
Special services are coordinated through the Halton constituency office in Milton. Official certificates commemorating birthdays, anniversaries, organizations or events. Several weeks notice of the special day is required, please contact the office well in advance to insure receipt. For birthdays it must be at least the 80th, for anniversaries of marriage at least the 40th, for corporate commemorations at least the 50th year of operation.
The Legislative Page Program which gives students in grades seven and eight an opportunity to spend several weeks working at Queen’s Park. Students must be high achievers in order to qualify and only a few who apply are chosen.
Replacement of official documents such as birth certificates can be directed through the constituency office.
Information packages on programs such as Drive Clean, both primary and secondary school curriculum, landlord and tenant information, and power of attorney forms are available.
Government contact information is available to assist people contacting the correct department regarding provincial government services and responsibilities as well as advice navigating the maze of municipal and federal government services.
The office provides information and advice on existing programs including: Workplace Safety Insurance Board - Family Responsibility Office – Ontario Health Insurance Plan – Seniors’ Issues – Ontario Student Assistance Program.
